Inspired by Andy Warhol by Bond No. 9, Andy is more than a fragrance—it’s a tribute to an artist who redefined the meaning of fame, beauty, and everyday objects. In 2007, Bond No. 9 signed a bold agreement with the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, becoming the only fragrance house ever to license the Warhol name. What followed was a creative explosion: six perfumes, beginning with Silver Factory, each bottle a canvas, each scent an experiment in turning art into aura. The collaboration eventually ended in 2013, but the legacy remained: an olfactory gallery that immortalized Warhol in scent.
Andy carries that spirit. It opens with a dazzling pop-art palette: juicy plum, bright citruses, sparkling bergamot, and the cool, sharp edge of cypress. Together, they strike like Warhol’s neon silkscreens—familiar images transformed into electric icons.
The heart is darker, more complex: smoky oud and resinous labdanum entwined with earthy patchouli, softened by rose and jasmine. This duality mirrors Warhol himself—the clean-cut, suited figure behind the sunglasses, and the restless innovator who turned factories into temples of creativity.
As the fragrance deepens, the base tells the story of endurance: vanilla and sandalwood lending warmth, olibanum weaving a trail of sacred smoke, and musk clinging close to the skin. It is rich, lingering, unforgettable—just like Warhol’s influence, which continues to ripple through art, fashion, music, and culture decades after his death.
Andy is homage not only to a perfume, but to a legacy. It celebrates the artist who turned soup cans into icons, portraits into mythology, and celebrity into eternity. Just as Warhol collapsed the distance between high art and mass culture, this fragrance bridges brightness and depth, spectacle and intimacy, entertainment and edification.
When you wear Andy, you carry both the glittering surface and the hidden shadows—the glamour, the irony, the genius, and the lasting mystery of Andy Warhol himself.
