Corium is leather reborn—dark, primal, and magnetic, yet softened by unexpected tenderness. It opens with an animalic growl, an immediate surge of raw animal notes fused with dry, woody facets, a scent that feels untamed, like skin warmed by fire and earth pressed underfoot.
From this wildness, a surprising grace emerges: the delicate powdery glow of violet. It’s a fleeting softness—like a petal pressed between the pages of a worn leather-bound book—offering contrast to the feral energy beneath.
As the fragrance deepens, the heart beats in smoke and hide. Leather takes command, supple yet raw, enriched by the resinous heat of incense and the dark, tarry bite of cade oil. Cedarwood adds structure, while labdanum and patchouli weave a balsamic warmth, anchoring the composition in shadow. Just when the darkness seems absolute, vanilla seeps through—sweet, resinous, and smoky—softening the edges with a golden glow, like embers at the end of a fire.
Corium is not a polite fragrance—it is skin and smoke, hide and earth, devotion and defiance. It lingers close yet expansive, a paradox of tenderness wrapped in brutality. A scent that celebrates leather not only as material, but as memory: worn, weathered, alive.
This is an homage to Cuoium by Orto Parisi—an interpretation of leather as both armor and intimacy, eternal yet ever-changing. In Corium, leather becomes more than a note—it becomes a second skin.
